How long does it last?
It is recommended that you follow this program for 4-16 weeks. While you can remain in a calorie deficit for longer, it’s a good idea to take ‘diet breaks’ if you have a larger amount of body fat to lose. The Metabolic Repair Program would also be the perfect follow-up plan after completing this program.
